MikroTik CRS310-8G+2S+IN یک سوئیچ با هشت درگاه اترنت ۲٫۵ گیگابیتی و دو درگاه SFP+ است. درگاه‌های SFP+ از نرخ‌های ۱، ۲٫۵ و ۱۰ گیگابیت پشتیبانی می‌کنند.
این دستگاه از تراشه سوئیچ Marvell 98DX226S و پردازنده دو هسته‌ای ARM با فرکانس ۸۰۰ مگاهرتز استفاده می‌کند و RouterOS v7 و SwitchOS را اجرا می‌کند. امکانات اعلام‌شده شامل VLAN، Jumbo Frame، تجمیع پیوند، ACL و مسیریابی لایه ۳ با شتاب‌دهی سخت‌افزاری است.
بدنه برای نصب در رک ۱۹ اینچی با گوشواره‌های همراه آماده است. دستگاه دارای یک فن، درگاه USB نوع A و ورودی برق DC از طریق جک است.
